I got a daylite stuck in my thumb this morning, I knew straight away it wasn't gonna come out easy, dunno who was more worried me or Bert. Anyway, I had to push it right through so Bert could snip the Barb with his surgical rusty pliers. - Thanks Doc Gray! & Thanks to Norman for the liquid pain relief .

Oooow!!! I feel for ya mate...I had the same thing happen many years ago fishing a club match on Tynemouth pier, I walked off in shock, got in the car and drove to rake lane hospital, where they took it out after freezing it, seeing them pics brought it all back....hope its not yer reel thumb.
