Out again making hay while the sun shines

Went out yesterday with daz n awld johnnie what a day only two of us fished me n daz we went further north and it was almost a fish a drop all day lots of 4 to 5lbers not a lot of real small ones lots n lots of just legal sized fish but we dont keep them anyway filled our bucket with 2.5lbs 3lbs 4lbs 5lbs fish it was a bit blowey but the wind was a warm ome the tops were off and i suppose that put a lot off people off as my boat was the only private boat i saw out all day we did get a visit off the jfk 2 but ours were the only boats i saw out nothing vetured nothing gained lads shame its turned eastrly now but i will be out min n tues hopefully tight lines

Now that's a report to stir the blood! Sounds fantastic.

I spent the entire bank holiday weekend cleaning off the winter filth, polishing and waxing, and with luck I hope to launch again tomorrow, so perhaps Sunday.......

aye seen you out there as you say been very few boats out this week.
but its been none stop action all week. with every day seeing 120 up to a 180 nice fish
being taken. the water has cleaned up no end and the shads going ballistic
