thinking of going to ssp for a bit spinning this week are next but will be going on my bike from newcastle any one no haw to get ther the qwickest and esayest on a bike/ motorbike ? and who els wil be out ?

On a motorbike I would just go along the coast road mate and down the a19 through the tunnel, motorbikes are free, then when through the tunnel don't take the first slip but go onto the roundabout and take the first left there, that'll take you on past tyne dock and into shields
