Hi guys got a couple of days off work and fancy having a few
chucks tomorrow was thinking of giving marsden beach a try but
having never fished it before after any advice about where to
fish and what state of tide is the best THANKS for any help
would be great

Lots of spots to fish at Marsden but with the sea picking up the only place you might get some shelter would be the side of camels island, casting towards Souter.

Cheers mate for reply but like i said never fished it
before so where is camels island and how do ya get
to it and wheres best place to park the car

If you park in the lay-by on the coast road it's free and you'l be ok there camels island is at the left hand side of marsden bay you'l know it as its surrounded by water at high tide if you park at the end of the lay-by you cold walk across the leas and go down the path this will bring you to left hand side of the bay but depends on the tide you could also go down the stone steps next to the ice cream hut and fish in front of the grotto just see what the winds like and move around to get shelter, don't stand too close to the cliffs they can crumble and there has been a a bit of cliff fall in the last few weeks with all the rain
