Went down the marina and went for a ride out in the Orkney 522 with a 60hp Suzuki outboard. Really well finished off boat, with loads of storage priced at £19,000, also handled really well but seemed to lack punch when getting up on the plane. Was quoted a good price off my Reiver Sportsman but going from the Orkney back to the Reiver the deck space seemed vast on mine so sticking with the Reiver for the time being, if the Orkney had been a foot wider it might have been a different story. Met up with Arthur ( Canman ) and he kindly gave me one of his home made anchors...Thanks again Arthur.... like the colour as well 
. Well done to Ronnie ( Dogman ) first time out alone, like me yesterday....Looks really big when you first go out alone but the nerves quickly disappeared, don't know what the rest of you felt like on your first solo trip........?

. It was good talking to you, and appreciate your advice about Frankie. When I got home I took all the inline filters out and cleaned them, a little bit of dirt, weather it's sorted the problem........ I'll find out next trip, and if not, i'll contact you for Frankies number. Cheers,Arthur
