After reading about toonboys exploits I thought I'd follow suit and try to get in on the action, so after scoring some yellows due to cancelled order at ollies I headed out to fish the Tyne in the small hours, it was fish from the off with my best fish coming on my 1st cast weighting just over 8lb,followed by a couple of 3 and a half pounders within the next 4casts,dream start or what haha,I was fishing with two rods and never got time to sit still with bites almost every cast,I caught and released another codling around the 3lb mark along with a nice coalie, whiting and dab,this is by far the best few hours fishing iv had in the river and we'll and truly put Friday nights blank to bed! My mate put picture on locker!
