Think I know the answer already but how dodgy is it down there? I've never had any bother at the other end (Hall car park) but Noses Point is a bit more isolated.

Are some times more risky than others? I'm thinking of a session after work this week, would likely be parked up from 6 until about half past nine (so after dark but only by an hour or so).

theres always people walking about up there with dogs etc . ive parked there to fish hawthorn point and my cars been ok when I got back ...

There are always tourists and dog walkers about, plus there is a bloke with a discovery who is always parked up and never gets out .Don`t know what he does .

It should be fine those times mate. You can also park off the roundabout opposite where robertsons was. Failing that just park at the new housing estate and walk!! Lol

Alright stewart parking ok in daylight but not after dark m8,last winter 2 brand new motors where trashed tyres slashed all four that is scrached windows etc while fishing badger opens better off parking out the way car park is a haven for druggy's after dark.

Could anyone tell me where hawthorn point is in a pm lads fancy giving it a shot this year

South end if the blast up on the cliffs. Dodgy place now the flat rock has gone. Park as above or park in Hawthorn and go past the quarry and straight over the railway bridge. Either way it's a canny hike.

I had a walk up there lastnight , no one was fishing noses the water looked decent if flat , and noses itself looks half as wide as it was last time I was up there .
