Yeah we know Alan. They seem to have a few"opens" coming up. One was bound to clash with someone elses. Just happens to be ours.
tony that's not a good attitude to have we have had that date in for 2 years now you did not have that date picked when i put it in you normally have yours the 2nd or 3rd weekend in January as for you to say one was bound to clash that's rubbish we have one in the summer which is the only open in the north east our night time open is picked with low tide being around 9 pm so we know there will not be a open that weekend as if there was it would have to start at 7 am so the only one that can ever clash is the Nourthumbrian open

A letter is on its way to your club. I'm sure something will be worked out.
Sure this can be sorted, no need for any opens to clash sure if we all work together both opens can go ahead and be supported fully, let's hope both clubs can get together and help each other out for the benefit of all anglers and lads involved with the clubs... because both are mint clubs with a great set of lads ..
