penn mag help

Mick at Penn Servicing on 01386 552949 cheaper than all the others. You will have to make up a nut and bolt tool with a washer the same size as the bearing on one side and a bigger washer on the other to cover the spool mount on the casing as it is a press fit, tighten it very gently otherwise you will break the spool casing and give the pinion gear itself a rub with emery paper on the smooth bit that seats in the bearing. I put mine in a cordless drill and just polish it. Hope that makes sense.
