Well after a couple of trips out just watchin and driving, then Normans report and Northeast 1 report, i cracked........ sod the hernia op........ and had to go out fishing.

Headed out on my own, early, to a NE breeze with a 1.5m swell and choppy with it, but no problem getting a bit of rock and roll.

Started on a small wreck, on 6 mile and straight into fish, had 6 fish in a crack then it stopped, so i moved and tried 2 wrecks close by and only had 2 cod during the slack tide, went back to first wreck once the tide was moving and topped the box up to 15, then called it a day.
biggest was 7-1/2lb, with good quality fish. shads were on once again no particular colour.
