High people just wondering what yous would suggest and the best venue when fishing for cod as there has been quite a few cod pulled up lately and I am going out in a week just getting rigs sorted and making sure I jave all of my rig making equipment so advice will be well appreciated and will post the catch reports with pics if I manage to get a bite as the past times I have blanked and what are the most appropriate hooks that yous are using atm

Haven't been out much this year so cant go off my reports, but judging from reports on here it sounds like the walkway would be a good shot, maybe south shields pier, but not sure on the weather forecast and how ruff the sea will be

Hi people you know the walkway do you need to jump the fence to get to the spot if you do I can't as I will be with the old man and he can't do that now he is too old lol

Was down there this morning for a couple of hours. To windy for me, didnt see any fish landed at all. Lost 2 rigs on snags as could'nt get far enough out. Some good reports lately from the Walkway though.

Oh ok pal just I was looking at google maps and I put in ne31 1lh and it took me to hebburn don't know if that is the right area the only place I could think of where it might be is at hastings hotel could you send me a map of the area it is in please m8
