thanks mate,is the spot you fished before you come to the massive sand dunes,il have a walk along at bottom water and find the best spot,cheers for info,il let you know if it produces the goods,lol

If you walk along maybe 500m there are a string of large concrete boulders on the high tide line. I've no idea if its a known mark but it looked fishy when we were there. I'm sure most of the beach will fish pretty well though.

made some rotten bottoms after watching them videos Steve posted.
then i came up with this little number that i thought might work well, a nice wishbone rig.
the swivel to snood and put what ever size line and hook from wishbone.
gonna try it tomorrow

Rubbish boys I could of walked across it so moved to under the town bridge 1 crab blowing a gale packed up and forgot to put my home made rod rest that fits on the hand rail behind its bright yellow and holds 2 rods if still there I will give the owner a reward

Unlucky mate. I've made a few of those clamps and lost all of them, I never forget those pound shop foam thingies for some reason. Wind still bad eh? it was hellish at the weekend ended up fishing the corner of Roker beach on Saturday and the the corner of Littlehaven beach on Sunday just to stay out of it.
