after the hectic session last night i returned to the car for some food and sleep, quite cold through the night ended up sleeping with my coat on. got up at 5-15am and headed down to the water (even further out than yesterday, cast out the first bait about 5-45am it wasn't long til the bore arrived very small one like yesterday. stright into fish after the bore past again, a steady flow of flounders til i left at 9-15am. nothing huge best at 41cm and a few 39cm and 40cm ones. ended up with a total of 21, all fish caught on fresh crab. in two trips, fishing 4 tides had over 100 fish (10 fish kept for the table all others returned), only flounders i know but great sport on light gear plus the weather was very kind.
heres some piccys from today

well done, excellent sessions..

you use the word "bore" a lot, as in "the bore arrived", iv never heard this saying before in fishing terms, could u shed some light on it please?.

The tidal bore is a wave that you get in areas where the tide rushes in over very flat beaches, Google 'the seven bore' its a extream example
