cart comes to mind:question: theres certainly nothing "new" about the concept of mixing a few different types of bait together putting them in mesh and putting on a hook:exclam:but it may be new for norwegian fishing.hope it takes off![]()

i agree with you we all use many baits in cocktails ect while fishing, but i have to disagree with you on the concept of just mixing a few types of bait together and putting it in a mesh, they have been doing a project in norway for over 4 years regarding this bait and have spent over 5 million GBP already, as this bait is for the commercial long line industry , please take a look at this link www.norbait.com/Brochure.pdf i think you will find it is not just about putting bait in a mesh, and you understand why they have spent so much money on this bait ,please let me no your thoughts after reading it.
hi steve ifa,i havent read the link you posted yet,but it wont change my thoughts on anything projects are great, moving forward finding out stuff and developing it also providing gainful and fulfilling employment and development for people involved, unfortunately steve there isnt and never will be a magic bait.what works in one place wont work somewhere else, and what worked yesterday may not work tomorrow.advertising can make stuff work for a while remember the new magic oils that were produced many years ago, two or maybe three year wonders at best.longline short line if theres no fish theres nowt going to put one on your hook.
Hi mate
I think if you read the thread first you would understand what steve ment this is not (A MAGIC BAIT or WONDER BAIT) but a bait made with offal, to put it easy so you understand rubbish from other fish to protect the enviroment which we all want to do im sure you agree, that would be a good thing if you can catch fish on a product that would go in the bin or if it could be used to try and catch fish, is this not a good idea, because some company has spent millions in doing so and it works for them i rest my case.
