Are preserved baits such as black lug preserved in oil any good. Any one had any success with these baits? Would welcome some feedback { cheers }.

ha heres my opinion on preserved baits---pure unadulerated rubbish,designed to catch anglers not fish

however there will be some that swear by them

and there will be those that consider them useful when targeting particular specis

Get fresh or freshly frozen mate

never used preserved baits but used frozen more than fresh the last few years and have outfished guys using fresh bait
