hi lads can anyone tell me what kind of fish would i expect to catch at qe2 in ashington thinking of givin it a shot ive bought a load of fresh water gear not much of a summer sea fisherman i like to that in winter and help would be cool thanks graham ...

hi graham, qe2 is a coarse lake set up roach,tench, carp,bream etc, but it also holds quite a few pike of which you can fish for,its quite a popular venue of which you can even get a cuppa or a bite to eat, hope this helps, tight lines korky..

Hi as Korky said carp,bream,tench,roach and pike.you get the permit from the lakeside hotel or mcdermotts if i remember right.

hi you can either do it online or at post office full coarse and trout licence £27 1 day £3.75,8 day £10. and make sure you carry it with you when you fish
