Rat House

Fished the Rat from 3pm - 6:30pm tonight. Was sitting with my mate when his rod took off. Lovely 2.5lb codling caught on rag, lug & mackerel cocktail.

Also heard few other decent fish were also caught today too

Small pier at Sunderland (wear) river mouth, its just abit south of Roker pier.
Often busy as easy spot to fish, i like the ramp casting towards Roker pier or right on the end casting out to sea.

Best fish is only about 3lb there for me but ehard some better ones, ground 99% sand.
