fished the red light from 11.30 till high water with my mate and we both blanked ...not even a little bite and we used runny,squid,makie and rag ...zero /nowt/zilch 4 other lads out and up till we left nobody had a bite ... decent swell on sea and plenty of movement but ZERO....

wouldn't get too excited about a big sea from past experience when it's that big they will be too much bait in the water and the fishing will be sh*t but good luck to those who are going to give it a go.
my mate fished the banjo pier yesterday and never got bite that bay will be awash with bait and you will be lucky if a fish finds yours bu you have to try don't you.

Nice meeting you db111 we stayed there until 7.30 had nout the lad on the corner had one decent size flatty but that was it. Back out to more but different venue lol
