Went to change me line on mr slosh 30. And when widing in the line I stopped and the spool kept on spinning but making a horrible grinding noise so tightend up the brakes same problem anyone got any Clues on what is hapening and how to fix it and his much it will cost to getbit fixed

had exactly the same problem its the brake blocks moving to the end of the spindle thing and then catching on the outside. all you need to do is open the reel up and move one of the brake blocks as it will be right on the edge of the spindle thing which causes the grinding noise

Still may be worth taking it to a local tackle shop to have a look at it, it might only cost a few quid to put it right and then you'd have a good second reel. Nowt to lose by doing so.
