What rod is it going on? Fixed spool or multiplier reel? How big are your hands?
I make my own sliding reel seats from a Fuji DPS seat, cut a couple of grooves with a hacksaw, slip a coaster on and away you go.

Can't go wrong with what Stewart said.. The best ones are without a doubt the UK Hooks premade ones

UK Hooks ones are very good but very pricey. If you've got big hands you could try an Abu Griplock (I don't like them as they are bulky and lift the reel well above the blank) or as said it's a doddle to make your own from a 26mm Fuji DPS and a coaster
