After trying my mates one of these I've decided it's too similar to what I already have so won't get used. These retail at £200 and this hasn't even been out of the bag so still brand new with tags on so ideal Christmas present for £150. Beautiful rod for river, estuary or lighter pier work. Casts 5oz with bait no problem, excellent bite detection but has the power to handle bigger fish. May swap it even take something in p/x if it's something I could use. Again brand new with tags on as unneeded prize

I think the reelsport response is made on the tip tornado blank Mog. Not sure what the pro am is built on, maybe the tip tornado match if its an estuary rod?

Is the blank plain or carbon twill

Lovely looking rod mog. The reelsport I had was cracking... Don't know why I it rid of it to be honest. If only I had a spare 150 quid! Lol
