ANY post that I deem as being contrary to the spirit of NESA WILL be deleted.
NO explanation will be given as to \"why\" I delete a post / thread
ANY message / e-mail I receive complaining about a deletion will be dealt with appropriately (ie deleted, itself)
ANY member who persistently puts up such posts will face being \"deleted\" themselves.
ANY member who has a grievance against another member, will have to sort it between themselves - OFF THE BOARD! - That\'s what e-mails and the messenger are for.
I will NOT be used as an intermediary in sqabbles.
As far as the legal side goes:
1. If it\'s a comment that\'s likely to cause financial loss or damage a reputation, then it\'s likely to get pulled. ie I WILL delete it!
2. Any posts or comments that are contrary to the \"incitement to racial hatred\" clause in the Race Relations Act will be deleted. Should anybody continually post comments of a racist nature, they too will find themselves \"deleted\" from the Board.
If you agree with ALL of the above, great!
If you don\'t - tough! That\'s the way it is! and NESA ain\'t the place for you.
