ring of stones

could some one please tell me where abouts the ring of stones is i know its near the north gare and i have searched it on google and all it shows is a picture of the north gare any help will be appreciated also the best time to fish it high tide or low, rough sea or flat sea rigs and bait thanks

Av fished north gare a few times but don't know where that is sorry bud

The ring of stones is to the right of the north gare, its all the rocks there,
supposed to be a canny mark for lure and plugging for bass, but there was nothing there tuesday gone, and only had an eel of the end of the pier.
