River Drive - South Shields

Used to fish a lot at the old jetty next to the Vidor Battery plant on River Drive with some success. Long time ago now like. Anyone ever fish there or know if it can still be fished?

It was canny chucking rocks at the rats while waiting for bites.

All locked up now as it's the boat club closest you can get to it is the walkway

park next to yacht club and walk way just round corner its wat use to be geordies jetty and back of the tanks so not far from vidor jetty

I'm not totally sure but u think the walkway is where he vidor was mate
