RNLI comp this Sunday

me and smoggie simon are fishing and i know grant and james are fishing as well :) looking forward to the crack . I still think you should have a raffle and raise some more money there is plenty of prizes already mate

I think we may need to sell some of the stuff off with the proceeds going to the RNLI. Looks like we are going to have a huge prize pot and not much money going to the RNLI, which should be the main focus of the comp.
Maybe admin could allow an auction on NESA?

could you not set up a JustGiving page and then you will be emailed with each donation - you could put that it a pot and draw some prizes that way? Just an idea mate - might be bit of a hassle but just thought I'd throw it in?

We would love to be part of what sounds like a great day, but of course can't, due to distance. We would be keen to stick in £2 each to the fund though. As has been said maybe keep some gear for NESA prizes for those who donate on here?

Anyhow hope you have a great day out and we will donate to the RNLI, on here if we can, or just do it ourselves.

Can't wait for the report. :)

On the RNLI theme I've dug out this pic of a cake our lass made to raise funds a couple of years ago. She actually won her own cake in the raffle believe it or not. The people at the fundraiser didn't complain when she cut it up and handed it out, it was gone in seconds!
