i don't mind him as an actor but his fishing programmes get right on my wick. Jeremy Wade's the man for me.

I enjoy the show, i love the fact he flies the Northumberland flag and proud of his heritage but do cringe when he wimps out of stuff and announces he's only an actor.
I do however have respect for him as he did that wild swimming show, rivers, lakes and the sea, well done for that.

Can't stand River Monsters. Jeremy Wade is an educated man with a degree in Zoology, yet he sells his soul for a TV programme. Watched one last week where he was fly fishing in 5ft of water for a "man eater!!" Please give me strength! His commentary about how he might die about 4 times a programme make me boak!

Just my opinion mind.

Quite simple really,if you dont like him,dont go,personally i think he has the best job in the world,I would love to go to theses places even if i wasnt fishing,never mind getting paid to travel all over the world,very often right off the beaten track ,fishing pristine,untouched waters,good work if you can get it,good on him I say

Jerremy wade much better fisherman by far. Robbson is ok but he doze tend to go on abit like and as said he is cringe worthy but hey xtreme fishing is a popular programe so he must be doing sumthing right or they wouldnt keep maken the shows wich sumtimes I do enjoy.
