does anyone know if you can fish rocky island or the back of the kings arms on high warter and what the grounds like cheers

Yes you can and it is mainly big boulders, why not go at low water and have a look, that is the best way to find out about a mark. If twelve o clock is straight in front, cast at about five past.

Good advice there mate, but what if you want to start fishing at 10 o'clock.............that's over a two hour wait before your first cast !!!
