I'll probably get some backlash for this but I don't really care, everyone is entitled to their opinion and this is mine. I wouldn't take it to i.d to get done, took mine there once when I had a few broken rings, took ages to get back and when I did 2 of the rings weren't done properly and were spinning around. I took it back and they asked what I was complaining about! they said it just needed some super glue and it would be fine. They put some on and it held them in place, my gripe is that I paid to get then re-whipped, not stuck on with super glue. I'll never take a rod there again to get sorted, extremely poor service. I had to go take it to my dads mate (who I didn't know done that sort of thing at the time) to get it done properly. I cant stress enough how s###e the service was.
