its a shame you cant post the vid but it would leave the site owner open to all sorts of legal action i operate cctv as part of my job and if the sia get there own way you will need a licence for public space survaillence even if the system belongs to you.

If you find them Sless I think you should treat them gently, it's not their fault they've had a hard life and been forced to steal to get by. You could tell them you've got a reel and some tackle to go with the rod and you'll take them fishing - then dump the F**kers where you left your TLD10.
