Roker Area Sunday night, a cracking session

Fishing a mark in this area last night with Colin Todd and Graeme Lund. Between us we had 7 codling, two over 5lb and the others all over 1lb and 3/4's up to 4lb., a pouting just under 2lb, 5 quality whities and 3 lovely dabs. Col had 7 keepers, Greame had 6 and I had 3. All other fish were returned safely. Graemes cod was his PB at 5lb 6ozs.

went to roker pier today 2pm was shut and few containers and workers on it .plus jcb was shovelling loads weed of beach back in to sea weed was 3ft high on beach.went to seaham pier wasnt nowt flash whiteys never seen any coddys getting caught at all .what a time to start work on pier usless ....s.looks like winter sessions of there are numbered .they had all summer to work on it .
