Roker Pier 3/12/15

Went down at 11.00am to fish low water at 2.46pm.:red: Loaded with lug and rag and two hook flappers my mate Malcolm and myself took our positions on the round end fishing into the bay:red:. There was little wind but the rain was coming down steady. In all we caught fourteen fish including whiting, dabs and a codling. Most were undersized but we kept six decent sized whiting which were belly hooked and died by the time we got the hooks out:red:. Sorry there are no pictures but I haven't got a clue how to download them from my old phone even following the instructions on this page. we left about 3.30pm after becoming soaked to the skin with the rather persistent rain

You are keen I'll give you that. I sat in the office in Southwick all day and watched the rain fall and listened to the wind, you wouldn't have got me on the end of Roker today for all the whiskey in Ireland
