past it twice today and both times gates were shut and the sea was flat as. unless they waiting to get cabin of pier first.
will have a look when pass tomorrow on way to work .

Swung by this afternoon between jobs at about 2:45pm. Pier was open, quite a few lads fishing and plenty of others just walking along the pier.
