There was couple vans driving up it around 12.30 and I could see anyone fishing on it like

Aye there was a sign on the gates saying its gonna close but will be open when the new ones are up

had a walk along it today with the dog and there was a couple of blokes fishing the barrier and the van was up at the pier doing some work .....
