1pm--10.30pm wed 6th: my m8 and I fished by the bunker all day. very poor at distance. We didnt want to go short as only small stuff being landed. We tried every bait possible but had nowt to show for our efforts. Many thanks to the lads who gave us their bait as they went off pier , cheers lads . ... SOMEONE left a green rope on shoreside of pier floating so we fished it out to find a fish trap with 3 good sized whitey a scorpion fish and 3 crabs in it. We gave it to a lad and his son or little brother as we had no need for it. Hope he gets good use out of it. We also saw one of our local seals at 9-30pm so maybe it was getting all the fish we wanted to catch........

That SOMEONE obviously owned that trap and had it there for a reason it should of been left where it was
