Fished roker pier for 40 mins then it got closed .
Very windy and no fish so went on beach between piers .
Only had a few cast ended up with one good size whiting better than a blank.

Always better to get out than stay in mate and aye wind started picking up early evening.Sea still looks nice and winds drop later so might be worth another go
