Fished the ramp on the end of the rathouse last few hours of the flood yesterday,not a sniff,near perfect conditions ,allsorts of bait combinations tried,few lads fishing off the end caught a bleg and a whitey.Idid hear that there was fish including a 5lb cod further up river,not sure of exact details.wrong place again!

Better luck next time mate,thanks for the Report,had a text off a mate,yesterday and he said there was a canny few fish from the high drop off area upto 7lbs.

aye, i think i know where you mean. would it be the small varanda type path lookout bit that looks over the top end of sand point at low water. ive never fished it before, do you get any bother from young'uns.

i also heard today the fish caught off the high ledge where caught on fresh crab,still cannot confirm this,but well done to the guy who caught the fish.
