just wondering what the correct ounce lead would be for a rod of this class,as im used to using 30-50lb class with 10oz leads.just that this rod has i fine tip and im a bit worried incase i snap it first time out,maybe it could be a nice shading rod??

This must be my old rod of cosmic cat kingcod??? I Used 10 and 12oz on it no problem its a really nice rod very nice for shadding I got rid because its a one piece and I had a corsa lol

thanks for reply,just didnt know whether top eye could stand a ten ounce

It's hopefully going to catch big fish, so leads would be fine.
