well me n my mate hesky went rode down from four lane ends down to north shields to meet scotty at rubber factory for 4am see if we could get out, wasn't expecting too much to be honest maybe sum whitin or coleys.
first casts in, heskys brought his gear in and realised he had a rockling..

thats him winning a hefty £1 for the wager. don't spend it all at once....

scottys rod is bouncing all over now, bang, fish on! feels areet he rekons..

Nice start! bout a pound n half

scottys rod back in, after 15 mins bouncing all over again...jammy fffff git fish on!

me and hesky are getting huffed by now we aint had a sniff..

can you guess what happened next? well aye he pulled in two bloody more, the little one he took with his species card because he forgot with the first fish.

this one the biggest pulled the rod stand over and nearly lost the lot in the drink!!

me and hesky i finally caught a few good size flatties near high water by dropping makky about 5 ft off the edge!

7 in total between us, much rather of had the codling tho!
andrew09 came down met him for the first time kanny lad look forward to more sessions with him, although he caught nout! next time eh

all the codling went back alive apart from one that went belly up so we got it back. bait was rag n makky for me n lug n mussel for scotty

oh aye n we seen sprats literally just down the side in about 5ft of water gettin hammered by mackerel!! by the time we got our rods in to try plonk our bait down they had moved on. mad

rubber factory is just past the ice house at shields fish quay the old brown brick building cant miss it m8.
