rusty rings

About 3 month ago I fished at Blyth for a couple of hours, unfortunately l forgot to wash my rod down like I normally do and yesterday went to sort some gear and found the rod rings a little rusted up. I tried cleaning with WD40 but haven,t got rid of the rust from the rings .Can anyone suggest something to clean the rings with Thanks for any replies in advance.…..........BGEE

use solvo autosol m8 get it from any motor cycle shop or car shop its a cream metal cleaner, use cloth and a old tooth brush will do the job.

Cheap white tooth paste is a good chrome cleaner , depends on what rings you have .
