Ryhope mark?

Just looking at Phill's maps and came across a mark that looks ok to try

only way I could put a link is to give the ref 54.871076, -1.353046 put them in google maps and its a small platform type thing with a pipe running out to see, looks like a road/path down to it?

anyone know it or tried it before?

havent seen it but it sounds like the target its a canny mission to get on it but is a canny low water mark with only a 70yrd cast needed but about 20 leads

got pulled last year i think it was it was a good fishing mark fished it a bit mate

Ya can still fish it just have to fish off the road bit with the ramp been pulled up. left hand side sandy right hand side of the pipe rocky great mark to fish throws up some canny cod as well also the odd bass park ya car in the housing estate and walk down last time i was at me mams and took the dog down ya couldnt get ya car all the way down.
