S/S Big beach

Had a shot down the big beach last night with sigsy, wasnt much of a sea on but thought we'd have a shot anyway, had some cracking lug from Reelsport but the cod mustn't of fancied them, anyhow had 5 fish between us 1 Coaley and 4 Whitey. Canny little sech al in all fished 2 hours down and 2 up.

Yeah, good session, shame I flipping pulled me hamstring when that rouge wave knocked me off balance, made me do the biggest splits I've ever done in my life, I knew that "twang" I felt in the back of leg wasn't good , woke up this morning and my leg was in agony.

Anyways, should be a few of us out next week Carl, will be class.

Ouch bet that sting,cool, i got a cheap 12ft'er, FS still. but makes the difference on the rocks like, which reminds me if your wanting that cheap rod for your dad still try tacklebargain.co.uk (i think) my beachcasters actually stiffer than i thought it would be

and to round the night off i pulled in the rig i lost a few hours earlier due to a bad cast, get in

aye it was a stroke of luck like, dont normally lose any gear on the big beach but managed to nest my reel big style.
