S/Shields 28/10/11

Fished shields last night it was packed all the way to the gate and a few spread out all the way up, saw whiting and coding upto a 1lb, and passed stan, james and grant as they were walking off with a good mixed bag of fish so expectation were high however results were low, only managed a couple a 1lb and 3lb, it was the biggest fish on the end during dark until i left so not sure if out came in any bigger, but someone had a good bag..... Am sure a post will follow.

Well done on the fish mate. Got a club match tomorra and al be on there at me local haunt, more than likely there'll be plenty havasacking goin on .

it was another good night there davey had a good fishing sesh and some good banter lets hope it keeps up for a little while that was a canny fish just as l thought that was it never got any more cod off southeast corner just whiteys so headed home at 2.30am atleast got my 50th cod well pleased going down sunday morning try my luck

yes agree with what you stated packed with rods i was one of them on slab i was up for it but codling werent really playing ball
