fished small wall for a couple of hours this afternoon hoping for loads of sandeels, only ended up with 4 but got loads of macky, ended up with about 50. came off about 2 hours before high water as i had my wife with me and it started p***ing down. the macky were still thick and fast when i came off so if i'd stayed till high water would probably of had a lot more. a very enjoyable session only spoilt by the rain. even the kids on there seemed well behaved enough.
just had a few of the macky with rice for tea and froze the rest down.
