salmon with caviar..

made these today i didnt catch any of these but thought it would make a great snack or starter.

you`ll need

1 x dill gravadlax ( comes with its sweet mustard sauce if from lidl. )
brioche with butter
caviar of your choice( capelin or lumpfish will do ) if your posh sevruga

if u get gravadlax from else where a 50/50 mix of french mustard and honey with a spinkle of dill will still do the trick


step1 hoy butter on brioche thats been cut up to canape / hor d'oeuvres sizes or be fat lad like me and have it a big as u want

step2 : layer the brioche with layers of gravadlax

step3 : add a small amt of the mustard sauce

step 4 top up with caviar ( use a plastic spoon )


then punch it in and enjoy.....:)
