Collected my own rag from Blyth before heading over to Sandy Bay for 7pm to fish a couple of hours of the tide coming in. Every cast produced a fish bar two. Ended up with 2 dab, 1 plaice and a 1 coalie. All were returned to the sea as they were under size for eating. Gotta say though mind the ebb was rough for a good 45 mins after the expected high tide time but had enough by then. Heres a question for you's though, why are flatties intent on swallowing the whole damn hook???
How do fish CHEW ? LOL
