Not at all, if threats are being made, legal action is being mentioned I just think the site owner has a right to see it and decide if he wants it to remain on HIS open forum.

but it may be a good idea to have list of charter skippers and there papers checked just to make sure lads are safe after all, thats all that counts

Sorry for not responding earlier, but I have been driving all afternoon and couldn't read all the necessary threads over a phone.

The threads have been removed, as I am not in a position to prove or disprove anything in them, and the free listing in our charter boat section temporarily removed. Nothing is implied by this action and I will gladly reinstate the free listing if the owner/skipper of Sapphire would kindly supply me with a scanned copy of his relevant documentation.

PLEASE NOTE: as the skipper has already implied that he no longer wishes to be a member of this site, it may be that he chooses also to not be relisted. Do not assume, therefore, that there is anything awry just because the listing does not reappear.
