Hi Glen, I expect sunday will be best (as always one day behind the forcast)

however I`ll certainly be at the coast at 5 in the morning for a look just in case LOL :)

Norman stop off near the air show and get a free show from a prime spot while you fish.
Although if your like me you will travel in the opposite direction. Wind quite strong today blowing out to sea. Sea flat.

Mick.

glen,
Yeah it`ll be ok in the wind (since it`s a Westerley) ,just a bit rough in tackle losses on the wrecks I think, no probs just off the piers for mackerel though . . . . . .

Mick,
Aye I usually make a day (or two) of the air show via the sea route , its a great view !, (i work in aerospace so have a few bits up there LOL... even maybe on the eurofighter.. crickey I hope the pilots seat don`t come loose :) ) but it`s not as good I think this year , no Tornado, F16, Harrier, Nimrod etc etc ..... probs just fish :) :)

glen, for a smilie just do a : followed close by a ) which gives :) or a ; followed by a ) which gives a ;)

Glen, anchor the boat on the flattie beds - great fun!

i keith , ''flattie beds'' are these to the south side of the piers, someone once told me there was some just round the north pier,,will i need a bit rag for them or de they like the mckie an all.

norman , thanks for the pc tutorial

cheers

Just behind the north pier (well probably south as well).

Better with worm baits but we still caught loads the other week on just mackeral.

Will be out to watch the airshow and do a bit of fishing tomorrow.

An inshore flattie session seems like a good plan.

Son is taking his girlfriend with him so I cant see them staying long on the boat as I dont think either have good sealegs.

Anyone ever experienced the traffic on airshow day? What time should we set off in the morning?

Cheers
Dave
