Well done all, it was very slow going again tonight - the whitings that were kicking around in numbers last night seemed to have moved on, but at least a couple of codlings turned up (plus a few more undersize!).

Well done lads was really hard going on the beach last night I managed 6 fish two nice coalies 34 cm couple of yties and couple of flounders I don't think I could buy a cod off that beach!!!

well done lads. We fished a Northumbria police compo last night and it was very hard work. Ma and my mate fishednext to Alcan on the beach. Couple of Flounders and Rocklings.

well done lads it was very slow on the beach lastnight me & my m8 heard of the codling coming off the beach but we still got 1st & 2nd in our match my m8 had 7 whitties 5lb-4oz & i had 3 flats & 3 whitties 3lb-15oz oh & a nice size 1,0 through my finger, did'nt feel it until i hung up trace & walked away & nearly pulled rodrest over lol.

Ouch! Couldn't find any decent whiteys at all last night; every time I thought I'd got one it turned out to be undersize codlings, although did manage a small one late on to go with my codling.

we never seen any codling at all gary m8 but some sml & good stamp whitties, i had 2 good flounder aswell. 1 with a big growth on its back were it looked like a seals tooth had gone through it, it put a good ounce or so on it mind lol.
