OR Should the title be irresponsible parents - :(

Took a couple of hours off from work today ,got the old bike out and trundled off to get some Mackerel off the end of Shields pier, plenty down not much action fish wise - Then two young girls turned up ,you can picture the scene ,chips ,tabs , mobile phone , big dangly Earrings , dog on a lead and Oh aye the regulation bairn in pushchair - Now i havent got a problem with any of that , just the bit when they tied the dog to the buggy then hoyed a chip for the dog ,who then ran for his hopelessly aimed chip dragged the buggy over ,spilling the bairn out and cracking his face and head off the ground - luckily for Him/and any have a go /would be Hero this was next to the Light House but if it was anywhere near the Railings i think i could be posting a sorry tale - and to top it they then Booted the dog YELLING - \"you F***ing Stupid dog \" now there is a statement - and can anyone tell me what Bella is , cos thet ordered a bottle from there other Friend Via there mobile , i reckon its a Charva thing ,but always give the benifit of Doubt before Judging.
