hi all,im wanting to go fishing on the rock edges up scotland but carnt find any info on the best places to fish.im going in august any ideas lads we will be staying in a cottage for a week :yltype:

hi does anybody know if drumore is close to portpatrick in scotland:

Depends what you mean by 'close'. Your'e not giving much away Codhead. Scotland's big, It has a massive coastline, what are you after exactly? Are you looking for somewhere to stay on the coast with some fishing or are you looking for some fishing with somewhere to stay? Two different things.
Drummore & Portpatrick are on the Rhinns of Galloway, (& are MILES from Arbroath & on the opposite coast) so aren't too far apart but It's only a tiny part of Scotland.
Or is this a troll?

hi thanks for all the replys to my post.... we are staying in a cottage in portpatrick so thats sorted.as anyone got any marks around there also best methods for catching the pollack and cod what lures to use etc thanks again to all.
